BuzzyBeacon affiliate terms and conditions
20% on eligible paid subscription revenue · one continuous 12-month period · automatic 30-day payout cycles after activation.
Published 2026-10-23. Rules version: nimbl-affiliate-v1-2026-10-22.
1. What earns commission
Affiliates earn 20% of eligible base-subscription cash BuzzyBeacon actually receives from a valid referred customer during that customer’s commission period. Revenue is calculated after discounts and excluding taxes, before payment-processing fees.
Signups, free trials, unpaid or failed invoices, complimentary access, credits, add-ons and other excluded products do not earn commission. An invoice must be paid and reconciled before commission is recorded.
2. One continuous 12-month period
The period starts at the referred billing account’s first eligible paid subscription invoice and ends at the same UTC time 12 calendar months later. Payments must be received before that original end time. A February 29 anniversary ends on February 28 when the following year has no February 29.
Cancellation, nonpayment, a paused subscription or leaving BuzzyBeacon does not pause, extend or restart this clock. Returning, reactivating or changing the subscription does not create another 12-month period. Commission resumes only on eligible payments received during the time left in the original period.
Example: a customer first pays on January 1, 2027, cancels in April and returns in September. The original period still ends on January 1, 2028. There is no commission for months without payment, and the September return does not move the end date.
3. Referral ownership and customer accounts
A valid referral link is captured for up to 30 days before signup. A validated influencer code selected before the first paid invoice takes precedence over a link. The first eligible cash payment fixes the referral for that billing account.
Changing an affiliate code or share link does not rewrite the ownership or commission end date of existing referrals. A new code, cancellation or return cannot replace a referral already fixed by payment.
You may be both a BuzzyBeacon customer and an affiliate using the same verified BuzzyBeacon identity. The customer subscription and affiliate earnings are separate. Your own purchases and purchases by billing accounts you own do not earn a referral commission.
4. Automatic payouts every 30 days
Once Stripe payouts are configured, qualified and enabled, BuzzyBeacon automatically processes eligible balances every 30 days from the program’s fixed schedule anchor. This is a 30-day cycle, not a promise to pay on the same day of every calendar month. No routine manual payout request is required.
Each commission has a 30-day clearance hold from accrual. Only cleared, eligible earnings enter a payout. The minimum is US$50 per affiliate after applicable adjustments. A smaller balance carries forward to a later cycle; a skipped cycle does not erase it.
The portal shows the next scheduled processing date and estimated amount when an active schedule exists. While payouts are disabled or setup is incomplete, the next payout is shown as not scheduled. A scheduled processing date is not a guaranteed bank-arrival date.
5. Balances, amounts and dates
Remaining balance is unpaid commission after recorded adjustments, including funds already reserved for an unfinished payout. Pending clearance is earnings still in their 30-day hold. Available balance is cleared earnings not already reserved, after outstanding refund deductions.
An estimated next payout depends on the balance, clearance dates, minimum and checks at processing time. Pending or failed transfers remain visible for reconciliation. Payout history records each amount, initiation date, status and completion date when confirmed.
A transfer to your Stripe account and arrival in your bank account are different steps. Stripe availability, account checks, weekends, bank holidays and bank processing can affect when funds reach you.
6. Refunds, disputes and payout holds
Refunded, reversed or disputed customer payments can reduce or reverse the related commission. If it was already paid, a recorded clawback may be deducted from future earnings. The ledger retains the adjustment rather than counting the same payment twice.
Payouts require an eligible Stripe account and the required account checks. Financial review, unresolved transfers, compliance restrictions or unavailable funds can delay processing. A delay does not reset a customer’s commission period or erase an otherwise valid carried balance.
7. Records and questions
Use the portal’s commission and payout records to check your amounts and dates. For a discrepancy, contact BuzzyBeacon support through your account and include the relevant commission or payout ID and date. Never send passwords, authenticator codes or bank credentials to the AI assistant.
The displayed rules version identifies this policy. Clarifying these rules does not restart existing referral periods or create commission for payments BuzzyBeacon did not receive.
